Sauipe ships Monday thru Friday, except on Holidays.
Orders placed after 4PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

USPS International, order value between US $300 and $600 - $50

You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock. All items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customer is responsible for all customs fees at destination. Sauipe is not responsible for items that are not delivered by local post offices or not claimed at customs.
SALE items cannot be returned, only exchanged for another size, style or store credit.
Full priced items may be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges can only be requested within 14 calendar days from delivery date. No exceptions will be made.
Sauipe offers FREE RETURN on US orders only ($150 and over), within the 14 days period only.
If original order is less than $150 shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded
Every return/exchange needs a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Sauipe. In order to obtain an RA, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number, your name, address and phone number, and the reason for return.
Sauipe will credit the original form of payment you used in the purchase within 30 days of return.
NOTE: once Sauipe sends you a prepaid return label, it must be used within 5 business days or the return will not be accepted, and the item will be considered a final sale.
Sauipe cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn, soiled, washed or have had their tags or protective label removed. All tags and labels must be intact, and item must be returned in the original Sauipe custom bag.
Items returned in any of these conditions will be disposed of by our staff or returned to the customer. If you choose to have your item returned to you, you are responsible for the shipment cost.
